Limited Warranty

Quint Handmade Furniture provides Limited Warranties on our furniture, which are applicable to the original buyer at the original delivery address. This Limited Warranty includes coverage against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery. This Limited Warranty additionally includes coverage against structural frame defects for 3 years from the date of delivery. Quint Handmade Furniture Limited Warranties do not apply to any conditions resulting from faulty installation, misuse or expected wear. A manufacturing defect is defined, for the purpose of these Limited Warranties, as causing the product to be structurally unsound, faulty, or significantly altering the appearance of the product.

We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any part of the product or the entire product if it is deemed defective. In the event that you find yourself experiencing an issue with our guarantees, please reach out to us so we can make it right. We’ll require photographs to properly evaluate the condition of the product. Please note that Accent Pillows are not covered by these Limited Warranties.

PRODUCT & MATERIAL SPECIFIC DETAILS, EXCLUSIONS, & CONDITIONS:

Frame and Structural Components:
When assembling, moving, or reconfiguring your product, please follow the product instructions provided with the item. Any customer modifications, improper assembly, misuse, or use of chemical treatments or cleaning methods that damage the frame or structure may invalidate the Quint Handmade Furniture Limited Warranty.

Upholstery, Fabric Covers, Back Pillows & Cushions:
For upholstered products, the Quint Handmade Furniture Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that make the product structurally unsound or unusable under normal residential use. This Limited Warranty does not cover pilling, shrinkage, fading, stains, tears, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper cleaning, misuse, or lack of proper care.

If a product includes removable fabric covers, please follow the care instructions shown on the product page or included with the product. If no machine-wash instructions are provided, do not machine wash the covers. Use spot cleaning or wipe with a clean cloth and mild soap when appropriate.

Back Pillows & Cushions:
Foam, fiber, and cushion materials may soften or flatten over time with normal use. This is considered normal wear and is not a manufacturing defect. Abnormal loss of resiliency determined not to be caused by normal use may be covered under this Limited Warranty.

Decorative or Accent Pillows:
Decorative or accent pillows included with a product are not covered by this Limited Warranty unless otherwise required by law.

These Limited Warranties do not cover any damage due to:

• Lack of appropriate care and maintenance
• Misuse or improper assembly
• Use of improper cleaning products, oils or chemicals
• Mold or mildew
• Vandalism, pets or rodents
• Normal compression or flattening of cushions
• Acts of nature (ice, flooding, wind, etc.)
  
• Exposure to heat or flame
• Unauthorized repairs
• Excessive weight placed on the product
• Commercial, rental, institutional, or non-residential use, unless the product page specifically states that such use is permitted.
